Romate Oloroso

Oloroso Romate wine is made from palomino grapes. The special structure that it shows from the beginning advises tasters to use it for oxidative aging. That is why alcohol is added up to 17 °, thus preventing the development of the flower veil, with which the wine ages exposed to oxygen. The result is a very structured and complex wine.

In the mouth they are tasty and very structured wines. Spicy and animal notes reminiscent of truffle and leather can be appreciated. Powerful, round and full-bodied. Their glycerin content makes them soft on the palate. They have a long permanence in the mouth and complex retronasal aromas. Notes of noble wood stand out, creating a very elegant drying finish.
