El Canto del Ángel, red wine from Bodegas Virgen de la Asunción made under the D.O. Ribera del Duero.
Manual harvest for this wine made 100% with the Tinto Fino variety, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Bottling is done without filtering or stabilizing. Aged for 17 months in new French oak barrels.
Production limited to 1,300 bottles.
Dark red in appearance, with black fruits and notes of undergrowth on the nose. Powerful in the mouth, long finish.
