Anma, fermented in a concrete tank for around 18 or 21 days. Pump-overs are carried out twice a day, later passing to aging in frudes for 10 days.
At sight it shows a lively, clean and bright cherry tone, on the nose it is complex with balsamic notes and subtle roasted notes, on the palate it is silky and with balanced acidity.
