Description

Pachalan Belasco 1580 is made with a selection of the best fresh sloe, always with a diameter of less than 7 millimeters, controlled by the Navarre Council of Pacharán. The sloes are macerated for two months in natural anise brandy and sugar, then the mixture is filtered up to five times to get a pacharán without impurities, with a very intense ruby color and a fresher and fruity flavor, with a slightly aniseed finish.
