Cruz de Alba, red wine with 15 months aging from Bodegas Cruz de Alba located in Quintanilla del Onesimo (Valladolid) under the D.O. Ribera del Duero.
Cruz de Alba is a modern wine with a more fruity profile. It is produced in small quantities and each bottle is numbered. For its elaboration the best Tinto Fino grape is used, which is taken care of with agrohomeopathic preparations following the biodynamic calendar and collected by hand.
