STOUT beer. The expression “double chocolate” reflects a reality, since real chocolate and dark chocolate malt and chocolate essence are used in its elaboration.
Made with Pale Ale and Crystal malts, Chocolate Malt, a special blend of sugars, Fuggle and Golding hops. Combination that, however, ends in a strong beer. Chocolate malt and true dark chocolate combine with dark beer to create a not overly sweet experience.
It is a dark beer, very opaque, with a creamy, abundant and persistent foam, beige in color. With aromas of cocoa, coffee and vanilla, not excessively intense as you might expect after knowing how it has been prepared. Its taste evokes coffee and cocoa. Do not drink cold in order to appreciate all its aromas and taste.
