Guímaro is a white wine produced by Bodegas Guímaro under the D.O. Ribeira Sacra.
Fermented in stainless steel barrels. and carrying out the aging between six and twelve months on its lees. At sight a bright yellow tone is appreciated, very floral and fruity on the nose, becoming fresh, unctuous and with a certain complexity on the palate. Production limited to 1000 bottles.
