Fontedei Albayda is a white wine from Bodegas Fontedei under the D.O.P. Granada.
Sauvignon Blanc fermented in stainless steel tanks. remaining on its own lees for 5 months, the Chardonnay in French oak and on lees for 5 months, subsequent assembly.
Light yellow on the nose, fruity aromas and aromatic herbs are appreciated on the palate, high acidity on the palate, powerful and complex with mineral notes.
Good pairing with seafood, grilled fish and dry rice.
