Unpublished 03 Monastrell limited edition. Plots located on shady slopes, on the shores of the Mediterranean mountain. Limestone and stony soils surrounded by mountains.
The harvest was carried out the first fortnight of October. Fermentation and maceration in a concrete tank for 15 days, later it is racked into new American oak barrels for two months, then it is racked into American and French oak barrels of 2nd wine for two months to then be transferred to new barrels of French oak where it spends 10 months.
