Description

Monroy Malvar, old vineyard, more than 50 years old. Cold pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation in a concrete tank at low temperature, between 12 and 14º C.
Maturation for approximately 80 days on its lees and subsequent bottling where it ages for 10 months before being marketed.

Ideal pairing with rice, sushi, fish and shellfish.
