Casar de Burbia Godello has a fermentation in a stainless steel tank. Bottle aging where it lives with its own lees for 8 months.
At sight it presents bright gold tones, on the nose there are mineral notes, aromas of white fruits, on the palate a point of acidity accompanied by citrus notes, unctuous and pleasant.
