Natural clarification wine that grows on its own lees for 4 months in clay jars and 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
It is a mineral wine with a certain character of our limestone land, herbs and notes of white fruits are perceived. On the palate it is fresh and balanced. Its aging in Tinajas de Barro provides roundness and complexity.
Perfect to accompany seafood, salads, fish and white meats.
