Palacio de Villachica Blanco is made with 95% Viura and 5% Malvasía, creating a wine that presents a very bright straw yellow tone on the nose, due to its 3 months aging in French oak barrels, nuances provided by the wood like coconut or pineapple with floral and apple notes. On the palate it is creamy, with a very balanced acidity and fruit nuances. Silky and fruity wine.
After cold maceration that lasts 24 hours, it is fermented in new French oak barrels, it remains in contact with its lees in the barrels themselves for three months.
