Luis Oliván Blanco is made in an artisanal way, destemmed and partially crushed grapes, the must-wine is in contact with the skins 12 days to extract the whole soul of this terroir. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts in small stainless steel tanks. Rest of six months in used barrels of 600 liters. Bottled without clarifying or filtering.
A balanced, fine and somewhat light but long wine.
