Mus Verdejo Old Vines is made with Verdejo from very old vineyards planted in a glass at 950 meters above sea level.
For the production of Mus a part is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. The other part after fermentation goes on aging in French oak barrels for 6 months. At this time batonages are performed on the lees. It ends with a coupage of both wines.
