The Fanio is a complex, expressive white, aged for 6 months on its lees using oval-shaped porous cement deposits and acacia barrels. It is born from the oldest and highest vineyard (80 years old) of the winery.
Surprising creaminess and elegance, marked floral character with shades of fresh fruit, orange blossom and fennel. The palate is unctuous, with fresh acidity.
