Tarima Hill Blanco is made with a blend of Chardonnay and Merseguera. Later fermentation in French oak barrels followed by aging on lees with batonage for 6 months.
Tarima Hill White has a bright golden color, on the nose it offers notes of ripe fruit, pineapple, mango, white peach, honey, as well as notes of vanilla and spices from its aging in oak barrels. The palate is tasty, balanced with very good acidity. Intense ending
It is a wine that pairs perfectly with rice, fish, grilled octopus, oysters, seafood ... and can also accompany a meat.
