Dulce de Enero Ice Wine is made starting from a grape harvest at a maximum temperature of -8º, something that is achieved at the end of January, the pressing of the grape is done with it frozen.
At sight clean and bright dark amber color, vegetable and honey notes stand out on the nose, intense on the palate with prominence of stone fruit and punctually something citrus.
