Recaredo Brut Nature is a fine and delicate, with balsamic tones and ripe fruit, very nice, while alive and fresh. The process of preparing this Cava has been carried out following the criteria of viticulture.
About 5% of this cava comes from reserve wines aged in oak barrels for 8 months.
The disgorgement is done by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle.
Aging: Aged over 40 months in bottle.
