Particular Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature, the first Cava Blanc de Noirs made in Aragon. Fermentation for 35 days at low temperature, to carry out the following fermentation on its lees for another 30 days. Using the Champanoise method, the following fermentation is carried out in the bottle.
At sight bright and luminous, on the nose notes of red fruits from the Grenache with which it is made are appreciated. Refreshing on the palate, balanced with a great finish.
