Clos Lentiscus Reserva Brut Nature 100% Sumoll white sparkling wine made by the Clos Lentiscus Wineries in the Garraf Natural Park.
It is a family winery located in the center of the Garraf natural park, its vineyards are mainly planted on sandy-calcareous soils. They have been implementing a biodynamic agriculture in the vineyard and a very artisan way of making wines and sparkling wines.
The production of this sparkling wine from Sumoll is carried out in a peculiar way since all the yeasts that intervene in the two fermentations are indigenous. After the second fermentation, it is aged for 36 months with its lees in the bottle.
