Springfield Wild Yeast white wine from South Africa, is made with Chardonnay grapes, from vineyards over 27 years old, collected at night to better preserve the qualities of the grape. Malolactic fermentation on its lees in barrels for 13 months.
Slightly greenish-yellow fruit on the nose protruding aromas of apple, pear and pineapple drops. Deliciously complex to the palate, fresh, well balanced with slightly fruity notes make exploit to have a balanced and lasting finish.
Exultant once released, we can leave in the bottle for another five years.
