Curiosa Rosat, organic rosé wine made by Albet i Noya (the first organic winery in Spain since 1979) under the D.O. Penedès.
Curiosa Rosat is a blend of Merlot, Pinot Noir and Syrah from vineyards over 10 years old on clay and sand soils on calcareous stone. It has a Mediterranean climate.
Curiosa Rosat is aged for 5 months in vats, which gives it greater complexity.
