The Ignios winery does a great job to boost the value of indigenous varieties of Canaries. The effort is worthwhile, if a red like this, with exotic aromas of lychees, incense and black fruits and a deep mouth with suggestive mineral nuances is obtained.
Aged 18 months in oak. Clarified and bottled unfiltered stabilize.
