Gallinas y Focas, made with 90% of the native variety Manto Negro and 10% Sirah.
Complex preparation to obtain a unique wine, fermented in 4000 l froudres. macerated for between 20 and 25 days. Subsequently, it is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and 6 months in foudre, it rests for 6 months in the bottle before being sold for a final aging.
