Particular Garnacha ferments for a minimum of 25 days in stainless steel tanks, pumping over daily, then it is taken to the press to separate the must from the solid part.
At sight its cherry red tone and violet nuances stand out, on the nose aromas of red fruit with floral notes are perceived, very pleasant velvety on the palate and long finish.
Ideal pairing for oily fish, sausages and white meats.
