The Graciano variety is also known as Tinta Miuda in Portugal. Aging takes place 10% in French oak barrels, the rest in clay pots for 8 months. Once bottled, it remains in the cave for more than 12 months.
Ideal to taste with ham or smoked salmon. Intense on the nose, violets, lavender and other aromatic herbs stand out. Intense and sweet on the palate, accompanied by polished tannins that provide structure. Good persistence that brings back the memory of black fruit and violets with a subtle touch of bitterness that gives it character.
