This wine is made with Rufete, a variety that expresses the best version of itself in Salamanca. Molinillo is the name of the small town where Mandragora has the vineyards with which it makes this red. Of this 2015 vintage, only 450 bottles have been released, a very limited production of a wine that is very fruity on the nose and balanced on the palate.
