Envínate Albahra

Envínate Albahra is a red wine made in Albacete by Envínate. This project is made up of four young people who met in the oenology career and have decided to create Envínate to produce in the different areas where they come from. Always with a soul of winegrowers and with respect for the landscape and little intervention in the process of transforming the grape into wine, as artisans.

Envínate Albahra is made from Garnacha Tintorera vineyards planted in Almansa. The elaboration is carried out with 50% of the stalk in cement vats where it ferments with its own yeasts. In these same tanks, it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 5 months.
