It goes through a manual and destemmed harvest. The Graciano and Tempranillo grapes come from Rioja Alta and the Garnacha comes from Rioja Baja. Stainless steel tanks where the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 28-30ºC for 10 days, after another 10 days of maceration, the malolactic fermentation took place for 15 days in 70% barrels and 30% in tanks. Aging was maintained for 14 months in these oaks (50% American and French).
