Tritón Tinta de Toro is the pure representation of the oldest clone of the Tempranillo variety in Spain, located in the only Spanish D.O. that completely resisted the plague of phylloxera. They are large and very fruity wines, characterized by smooth and well integrated tannins, dark and sweet berries and a long and elegant drink. D. O. Toro was rediscovered by the Numanthia project, directed by Jorge Ordóñez and the Eguren family.
