Pegaso Zeta, red wine made by Telmo Rodríguez in Cebreros (Ávila) of the Garnacha varietal, under the D.O.P. Cebreros.
Pegaso Zeta is made with Garnacha from old vines from the Sierra de Gredos on slate and granite soils, giving this wine a friendly, delicate and fruity character.
Pegaso Zeta has an organic viticulture with autochthonous yeasts, manual harvesting and an aging in French barrels of 500 liters of 6 months and another 6 months in steel tanks.
