Tarima al Natural, vegan red wine without Monastrell grape sulphites produced by Rafael Cañizares de Bodegas Volver, under the D.O. Alicante wines.
Tarima al Natural is a wine made with a selection of Monastrell grapes from old vineyards of more than 50 years at an average altitude of 750 meters, on arid, very poor soils and very low yields.
Tarima al Natural is made with native yeasts, without added sulphites, with minimal intervention in the cellar, which gives a very fruity wine that reflects the maximum expression of the varietal.
