Machoman comes from vineyards of Monastrell aged between 20 and 45 years on poor, shallow and calcareous soils, which together with the extremely dry climate of the area, will cause the plant to suffer enough stress and have very little vigor , which originates a high quality fruit.
Machoman is a ripe, complex, elegant wine, with its balsamic and menthol notes accompanied by red fruits (cherries and plums) and cheers with a wonderful acidity and final freshness. A wine of land, pure reflection of this unique area.
