Coto de Hayas Grenache Centenaria comes from grapes harvested by hand, from very old rain-fed vineyards, cultivated by the traditional glass system, with a production of less than 1 kg per vine. Located on very arid soils, of slate and terraces, of reddish earth, on the slopes of the Iberian Range, in the foothills of Moncayo.

Coto de Hayas Garnacha Centenaria is aged in new French oak barrels in contact with its own lees for 4 months.
