Contino Reserva, a red wine made by Viñedos del Contino that together with CVNE (Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España) create the first "Chateau" winery in La Rioja.
Contino Reserva is made exclusively from strains from the 63 hectares of the San Rafael farm, located in a meander of the Ebro in Laserna, municipality of Laguardia in the Rioja Alavesa wine region. Contino is aged in 40% American oak and 60% French oak barrels where it will remain for two years, aged for two years in the bottle, aging in the drafts until it reaches the market.
