Lomalta, red wine with 9 months aging in fine grain Allier French oak with light toasting from Finca San Blas winery with D.O.Utiel Requena.
Lomalta is made with 40% Bobal, 30% Merlot and 30% Tempranillo, from vineyards on clay-calcareous soil with sandy texture and an altitude of 750 m. The coupage of the 3 varieties is made 3 months before bottling.
