The Reserve Matthew is a coupage formed by 85% tempranillo, 10% graciano and 5% mazuelo made from grapes from the oldest vineyards of the winery planted in vases and selected plots for the typicality of their soils, the age of the vines and quality of the grapes they produce.
The Reserve Reserve is only produced in large vintages.
Note: it is advisable to decant 45 minutes before your service.
