Cair Cuvée, red wine from the area of Burgos prepared by the family Luis Cañas with DO. Ribera del Duero

Fall cherry-colored Cuvée with intense garnet trim, medium-high glossy layer with a thin tear. With high intensity in which stands out a powerful black fruit at its maturation point along with intense lactic notes. As it opens it emanates spicy aromas and fine toasted notes. In the mouth it is fleshy, try emphasizing in principle the fruit, then leaves room for more toasted and spicy aromas, a good acidity that accentuates the tannin being this quite powerful.
