Arroyo De Arrayán Blanco

Arroyo de Arrayán blanco 2018 is a wine made 55% gray Grenache and 45% white Grenache from sandy soils from Finca La Verdosa (Toledo). With this wine, according to Maite Sánchez (the winery's winemaker) “we wanted to give a Grenache area another color. Here, in Méntrida, the red Grenache has always existed but we wanted to start another path, making an experimental way with gray and white Grenache ”.

It is made by treading whole bunches, it spends two days in cold with its skins before being pressed and fermented in stainless steel. It is aged for eight months in 300 and 500 liter barrels and it will have a production of 3,227 bottles. This white is part of the future of Bodegas Arrayán.
