To make 100g of this jam, they use a minimum of 87g of apricot, which leads to an intense flavor, with a very rich acidity and a pleasant texture in the mouth. Sweeten a yogurt or add it to a cottage cheese, but always without mixing to savor the 2 products and that the mixture is made in the mouth.
