Suertes del Marqués, El Esquilón has been made with grapes from Listán Black and parcel Tintilla The Esquilón. We proceed to a stripping without crushing the grapes, followed by alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts for fourteen days, with a manually punching down and a temperature of 28 ° C.

After a ten-day post-fermentation maceration is done your racking to French oak barrels (Nevers), where malolactic fermentation is completed on its lees, then aged for a minimum of ten months and bottled unfiltered finally.
