La Cilla Pedro Ximenez, is made following the traditional method of sills and criaderas typical Jerez.


Color: Color mahogany brown with yellow-orange trim. Brilliant good coat and denso.Aroma: The nose intense, frank, good quality scent. Memories dried figs, dates, grapes, raisins ... Flavor: Sweet Tooth in mouth, something heavy, sensations of toffee, chocolate coating. A long wine.

Pairing
With the typical local sweets, fritters, donuts, shortbread, marzipan, nut cakes, pastries ... Funny gustatory contrast pairing with blue cheeses.
