Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra "La Chinata"
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil ‘La Chinata’ is made from Manzanilla Cacereña olives, harvested in the Sierra de Gata region, in the northwest of the province of Cáceres.
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil ‘La Chinata’ is fundamentally characterized by four factors:
An intense yellow color with some traces of green.
A sweet and flat flavor, without the characteristic itching or bitterness of the oils from southern Spain; therefore, a very pleasant palate is achieved which makes tasting these Virgins a real pleasure.
A very dense ripe fruit aroma.
A very high content of fatty acids, which make these Virgins one of the most perfect of all those obtained in the different olive growing areas of Spain.
